Angels Delight anybody?

Yes, I know.. Yet another Lush review!
I have so many Lush products that I need to use up so I thought why don't I do a review on all of my remaining Lush products which have a label.. Which isn't many! I may just need to take all my Lush products into the store and ask them to name them and gimme labels for them..

This soap I bought on the day I found out that I had got the job that I so desperately wanted so I popped into Lush to treat myself. I honestly don't know what made me buy this as it honestly doesn't smell that great anymore - not that it doesn't but it doesn't smell like Lush's products. That might actually be because it was in a container with all my other Lush soaps but still..

ANGELS DELIGHT (£2.80/0.112KG)

"A divine spectacularly seasonal soap for Christmas. Lather up with our best-selling, sweet smelling tangerine and sweet orange delicious."

Just so you know, they do change the labels they print for the products when it's not Christmas I think! And I did in fact buy this back in November..

On first apperance, I like how this soap looks - it's like a rainbow effect almost. When I first opened this, the smell of tangerine surely did hit me which may be a little off putting for anybody who does not like the smell of tangerine or any fruit for that matter.

It lathers up quite nicely for a soap - which I'm sure any soap lovers out there would want in a soap. It also leaves your skin squeaky clean and the scent lasts on your skin for quite a while. On closer apperance to the soap, I noticed there were little shiny flakes in it which I'm not sure are meant to be there or not. This definitely does add a little devine touch to the soap.

Overall, it's quite a nice soap. The only downside I have about it is that when I lushed it (Yes, I don't always use Google), it looks completely different on the website when compared to the soap I've got. Maybe this is because I bought the Christmas edition, I dont know. But none the less, I would definitely recommend to anybody who loves Lush products/Lush soaps/Soaps in general.

Comfort comes in many shapes and sizes..

 Or in Lush's case - a bubble bar called The Comforter!*

 "Wraps you in a fluffy pink blanket, of blackberry bubbles to keep you safe and warm. Crumble under running bathwater for rounds of fragrant bubbles".

It's actually quite a generous bubble bar when you see it upclose in person. As you can see, it's pink with white swirls and you can definitely smell a faint blackberry smell.

I decided to attempt to break it up into quarters but it didn't exactly work - it was more like a very generous third that I broke off. As soon as you crumble it under the running water, the water instantly turns pink and leaves your hands baby butt soft - which is what I like my Lush products to do.

It honestly made scheisse loads of bubbles so it honestly does feel like you're being wrapped in bubbles, just like the description says. I felt so warm and safe in this bubble haven that I didn't want to get out! This product also made my hair feel so soft - it felt like I had already shampooed + conditioned it! 

You can pick The Comforter up from your local Lush store or from their website (Link to the Comforter here) for £4.15 - the price may seem a little steep but I reckon I could get another four, possibly five more bathloads of bubbles from the rest of it.

Style is a magic wand, and turns everything to gold that it touches.

 Well, that's not necessarily true in Lush's case as it turns everything into pink corally/red/orangey/pink!

I originally didn't intend on using Magic Wand* but I was feeling a little down in the dumps last night so I needed some kinda spell to cheer me up - Did you see what I did there? Sad attempt, I know!

"Re-useable Bubble Bar, Switch this enchanted Snow Fairy scented wand around your bath again, again and again for lots and lots of candy scented, magic filled bath time bubbles."

It's a pink, star shaped magic wand with a little pink tassel and a bell attached to it on a stick. Just like with all Lush products, it smells devine!

I didn't fancy swirling it in the water as I'm too hardcore for that so I stuck it under the running water for a while - long enough for it get some of that yumminess into my bath but short enough so that it didn't snap.

BUBBLES! It made a fair amount of bubbles as you can see. I've read some reviews about Lush's bubble bar's and apparently they don't make enough bubbles/bubbles don't last enough. Well, it made just enough bubbles for me and it lasted until the very end - I think I ended up in the bath for about a good half hour.

17 Wild Curls Mascara

I've waited quite a while to do this post because I'm not too keen on mascaras, what with wearing eyelash extensions and all. But whilst in Boots a few weeks ago, I bought this as an impulse buy. I think it was the packaging that drew me in as I love anything and everything leopard print.

This is the second 17 item that I have ever purchased, the first one being their BB cream (See here) This mascara was originally £6.99 but Boots were (and still possibly are) advertising it as £4 probably to get people to buy them I guess. So it's quite a steal in my eyes.

I tried it out on my bottom lashes and I just loved how it opened up my eyes and made my eyelash extensions not stand out as much. With just a few coats, they were looking full and defined which is what I used to look for in a mascara. 

As you can see, the mascara wand is not as big as Maxfactor's False Lash Effect nor is it as defined as Rimmel's Sexy Curves Mascara - it's just the right brush to give your lashes a defined yet fuller look. I'm not as much as a mascara expert but I reckon it's an all round mascara.

I have no downsides with this product apart from the occasional clumping with lashes which you get with all mascaras which is more or less down to the way that you apply it.
