I originally went into Superdrug purely to get MUA's Primer as so many bloggers have raved about how good it was and such.
However, my Superdrug's MUA collection is massively pathetic - They needed it to fill it up for starters and don't even get me started on the lack of decent items.
Rant over.
So as I was browsing, I thought I would get some dry shampoo.
But I kind of broke one of them.. Not on purpose as it was already broken but I knocked it and it fell on the floor and it just got worse - I was so embarresed!
Luckily, I was the only customer in there and the shop assistant didn't seem to care.
If you ask me, I was doing them a favour as it wouldn't have sold..

There
were two others, one of them being their "Chocolate Brownie" Dry
Shampoo for Brunettes - which I read in somebody's blog (unfortunately I cannot remember them!) that when she tried it out, it didn't smell remotely like brownies.
Have you tried Superdrug's Dry Shampoo?
What are your thoughts about it?
How much are these in comparison to the Batiste as the choc brownie one sounds up my street.

If you ask me - Bastiste Dry Shampoo and Superdrug Dry Shampoo are pretty much the same; the only difference is are the scents, the packaging and the brand name. So I would say in comparison - they are alike :)
DeleteMy Superdrug is the same with it's below average MUA display. Half stocked, and quarter of the range.
ReplyDeleteI have got some Superdrug dry shampoo. They were on buy one get two free so I bought all three. I've not used them yet though as I had a Batiste stash to get through.

It just depresses me as I last went in there two weeks ago and saw a really nice shade of lipstick but only a tester which is fair enough. Had a look to see if they had any to buy but no - still only the tester for that lipstick! :(
DeleteThat's a really good deal! I got two for £2.99 saving myself 99p as they're both £1.99 which isn't too bad. I was gutted when my Bastiste stash ran out a few weeks ago :( x
Doesn't the MUA range not being full in every Superdrug drive you bananas!! I have been into so many, and even the one in the Birmingham Bullring is never up to date and full. They need to sort it lol!
ReplyDeleteNice blog, have followed, please take a look at mine if you have the time! tilldazzled.blogspot.com xx
You are so right about that! It's abit brand-ist if you ask me as near enough all the other branded concessions are up to date and fully stocked but MUA? It's near enough bleeding well empty!!
DeleteGonna check your blog out in a bit - I need some dinner first lol! xx
I've broken many thing (by accident of course!) while shopping. As embarrassing as it is, it happens! Don't sweat it! I'm always looking for a good dry shampoo, but I don't think that brand is sold here. I'll look out for it anyway! xo, Megs
