Boot's 3 for 2 offer is dangerous..

Whenever Boot's has their 3 for 2 offer, I think the whole of the UK goes crazy for it. Even if you only need one thing, you cannot help picking up two more things in order to get one of them for free. I was speaking to one of my friends who works for Boots and she says that people will buy two expensive items and then pick up a cheap item and get it for free whereas you should really group three items together that are almost the same price thus saving money. I saved £22.11 on this haul purely by doing just very that! I've split it up into two sections - skincare and miscellous.

I picked up Good Things Stop That Spot! Clearing Gel as I suffer from breakouts and I think this would be a good product to overcome them. From the same range, I also picked up their Bright Eyes Eye Cream as I don't own any eyecreams and it's never too early to start using them! Lastly from the same range, I picked up their Deep Pore Anti Blemish Cleanser as I don't have many cleansers in back up and I quite like the idea of having a cleanser that helps fight against spots.

I picked up another eye cream - this time from Boot's own range. It contains Vitamin E and SPF 15 so hopefully it will do the trick! I currently have a Botanics toner in backup so I thought it would be rude not to buy a Botanics cleanser to go with it - this cleanser softens your skin whilst also being 82% organic! I've heard a lot about serums so I thought I would pick up a Botanics Skin Relief Serum Ultra Calm which contains marshmallow in it!

I currently own a Witch Tea Tree Blemish Stick so I honestly don't know why I picked Boot's own branded one up, maybe because nothing else appealed to me skincare wise. Lastly, I picked up a Botanics Mattifying Gel Cream which claims to tighten pores and reduce the appearance of imperfections - basically a fancier way of saying that it's a primer.

I bought three more Models Own nail varnishes which now means that I own eight of these beauties! I picked up Nude Beige as I think it would be a nice autumn colour, Lilac Dream as it's the perfect shade of lilac come Spring and Snow White as I don't own any white nail varnishes.

I couldn't help but pick up three more nail varnishes but this time from Rimmel in their Lyrca Pro range as they apply better than their normal nail varnishes. The three colours that I picked up were Ultra Violet, Peppermint and Aqua Cool. Unfortunately, when I looked through my nail varnish collection, I noticed that I already had Ultra Violet so I'm going to give this to a friend. Lastly, I picked up Lipcote as I've been wanting to try this out for a long time and there are mixed reviews on whether it works or not.

I think this will keep me going until after Christmas for sure!
Have you tried any of these products? What are your thoughts on them?

    1. Same! As sometimes you only really need one or two items.. But the offer makes you have to choose which item to pick/which item to buy.

I couldn't resist them all, they're just far too pretty :) Haha, I've never tried it :) xo
