When the new Rimmel Kate Moss lipsticks were released, I think many people including myself went mad for them. It's probably because of the fact that they're matte is why they're so popular. I particularly wanted only two shades which are 101 and 113 - they should really have names. I picked up the last 113 in one of the Boots in Nottingham so I was overly pleased. Sadly, I now why it was the last 113 as somebody has swatched/used/dented it hence why in the picture below it looks used.
The Kate Moss for Rimmel Matte Lipstick in shade 101 can only be described as a dusky blue toned rosy pink with a slight lilac undertone that can almost be translated to almost mauvey shade when applied to the lips. Seeing as it's cool in tone, it gives the appearance of whiter teeth which means that it's a definite lipstick for people who want to give off the appearance of having whiter teeth. This has often been compared to a cheap dupe of MAC's lipstick in Snob but slightly deeper in tone. I would like to thank Charlotte from lilmisschickas for convincing me to buy this on Saturday!
L is 101 + R is 113
The other Kate Moss for Rimmel Mate Lipstick in 113 is a lipstick that will honestly wash out any pale skinned readers out there due to the slight peach undertones in this nude lipstick. However, it can really compliment others who have a tan. I find that this lipstick is the most drying out of the two so make sure you apply plenty of lipbalm before and after application of this particular shade!
